The Daniel Smith company is celebrating the 20th birthday of their Extra Fine watercolours.

Do you know that Daniel Smith was the first company to introduce Quinacridone Gold
watercolour paint? And that they are the only company to still make it from the
true PO 49 pigment? I love this yummy colour, it reminds me of toffee, and the fall season!
Other companies followed Daniel Smith's lead by offering Quinacridone Gold in its original formulation, but in recent years they have discontinued using PO49, and now create Quinacridone Gold by combining other pigments.
